Position Overview:

As an LC Relations Supervisor at CKFI, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing relationships with our Loan Consultants (LCs). You will be responsible for supervising and supporting our team of LCs, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, guidance, and resources needed to excel in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Team: Supervise and guide a team of Loan Consultants (LCs) to achieve individual and collective sales targets, ensuring consistency in productivity and performance.
  • Develop Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with assigned LCs, fostering an environment of trust, open communication, and mutual growth.
  • Training & Development: Provide regular training sessions, coaching, and mentoring to LCs, helping them transition smoothly into the world of loan consultation while utilizing their existing skills in finance and customer relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of LCs against targets, providing actionable feedback and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency, reduce operational obstacles, and enhance customer service.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Credit to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for clients and loan consultants.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all LC activities adhere to CKFI's policies, regulations, and compliance standards, minimizing risk and promoting a high standard of ethics.
  • Report & Document: Prepare regular performance reports, track LC progress, and maintain up-to-date documentation on client relationships and loan processes.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or account management, preferably in insurance or financial advising.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of financial products, loan services, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with loan processing systems and related procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
