Law Graduate (Corporate)

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated final year undergraduate (or recent law graduate) to join our corporate law team. This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional to develop a successful and rewarding legal career in North Queensland.

About The ROLE

As part of our corporate team, you will primarily work across mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general advisory matters. You will also gain experience in areas such as commercial property, contracts and succession law.

About You

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Have completed a law degree (or completing in 2026) with strong academic results.
  • Be currently enrolled or ready to complete PLT course.
  • Possess a strong interest in corporate law.
  • Demonstrate a drive to work hard, learn and be pushed.
  • Be ready to embrace all aspects of the firm and contribute to the KSW culture.
