Requirements
TL AISA:
is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of
laundry machinery and other related equipment. This role ensures that all laundry equipment
operates efficiently and effectively, contributing to the smooth operation of the laundry facility.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation:
- Set up and install new laundry machines and related equipment according to
manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and operational
guidelines.
- Repair:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in laundry machines
and related equipment.
- Perform timely repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational
efficiency.
- Replace defective parts and ensure that repairs are done to the highest
standards.
- Maintenance:
- Conduct routine maintenance on all laundry machinery to prevent breakdowns
and extend the lifespan of the equipment.
- Schedule and perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and report any safety concerns to the
management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support:
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use and care of
laundry equipment.
- Assist with the inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
