Job Summary
The Launch Engineering Staff helps prepare and introduce new products, new models, machines, and production processes. The role works with different departments to make sure new projects are ready for production and meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in launching new products, models, machines, and production lines
- Help prepare prototype and trial production activities
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments
- Assist in machine set-up, trial runs, testing, and validation
- Prepare work instructions, process flow charts, reports, layouts, and other engineering documents
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and manpower or capacity monitoring
- Monitor project schedules and report issues during the launch process
- Help solve production and process problems through corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement activities for quality, productivity, safety, and cost reduction
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related courses
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in manufacturing processes and basic engineering documentation is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skill
- Willing to work on-site in Biñan, Laguna.
