Summary: As a Large Language Model Architect, you will spend your day designing and refining advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. Your work involves creating architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of textual data, ensuring the models perform accurately and effectively. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals and continuous evaluation of model performance are integral parts of your daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of innovative architectural solutions to enhance model performance. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in AI Architecture. - Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques. - Experience with large-scale data processing and model training methodologies. - Proficient in evaluating model performance and implementing improvements. - Familiarity with state-of-the-art natural language processing frameworks and tools. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable project plans.
