Job Summary
As a
Language Resource – Japanese, you will support end-to-end (E2E) processes by leveraging your Japanese language expertise to ensure accurate communication, high-quality service delivery, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in enabling cross-market collaboration, maintaining service quality, and supporting business continuity through effective language support and process execution.
A Day in the Life of a Language Resource – Japanese
- Contribute to the success of the assigned E2E service by delivering function KPIs and SLAs while utilizing Japanese language expertise
- Serve as a language expert, ensuring accurate and professional communication across stakeholders
- Learn and execute PDP objectives and E2E plans aligned with the NBS Center strategy
- Perform daily operational activities accurately and timely based on assigned processes and scope
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across markets in scope
- Execute identified business and internal controls in compliance with company policies
- Implement PDP plans in collaboration with the Line Manager
- Analyze and monitor service quality KPIs and present insights during Daily Operations Reviews (DORs)
- Ensure full compliance with Nestlé standards in all executed activities
What Will Make You Successful
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Japanese in a business setting
- Preferably JLPT N1, N2, or N3 certification, or native-level Japanese proficiency
- At least 1+ year of experience in any field or industry
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or MS Office Applications
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to deliver business results
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules based on business requirements
