We seek a Landscape/ Design Architect to bridge conceptual design and technical execution in landscape architecture. This role focuses on producing high-quality visual and technical outputs while ensuring design accuracy, constructability, and clear communication of design intent.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Research & Design Development
- Conduct site analysis, precedent studies, and contextual research
- Develop spatial concepts, massing studies, and design direction
- Translate insights into clear design inputs and architectural strategies
Concept Translation & Design Outputs
- Produce sketch details, diagrams, and DD1-level design packages
- Translate concepts into clear, communicable spatial and design logic
- Ensure outputs are coherent, aligned, and ready for team coordination
3D Modeling & Spatial Testing
- Build and maintain 3D models to test scale, proportion, and experience
- Use modeling as a design tool—not just for visualization
- Update models based on feedback and design iteration
Technical Documentation & Production
- Produce plans, sections, details, and schedules under senior guidance
- Execute drawing tasks accurately and within project timelines
- Follow templates, standards, and documentation systems strictly
Coordination, Quality & Support
- Coordinate drawings across disciplines and flag inconsistencies early
- Perform self-checks and apply revisions accurately across sets
- Support client coordination, RFIs, site clarifications, and supplier submittal reviews under supervision
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 2–5+ years experience in design and/or technical documentation
- Strong skills in design development, drafting, and 3D modeling
- Familiarity with construction documentation and coordination workflows
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to balance design with execution
