Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Landscape BIM Modeler to join our Makati studio, supporting hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. The role focuses on Revit-based documentation, BIM implementation, and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a design team.
Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate construction and concept design drawings using Revit
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflows, standards, and protocols
- Manage and maintain project models, Revit content, and standard library objects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models
- Prepare and review BIM Execution Plans, BIM scope of work, and related documents
- Manage and administer BIM 360 platform
- Plan and implement BIM strategies including file segregation and project setup
- Provide BIM technical support and Revit training to team members
- Mentor team members on BIM systems and best practices
- Lead and supervise Structure CAD/Revit Technicians
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture
- At least 12 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (23 years preferred in design consultancy or construction industry)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (exceptional Revit skills required)
- Strong knowledge of BIM principles, standards, and workflows
- Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, BIM Collaboration Pro, and Lumion is an advantage
- Portfolio must include construction drawings in landscape demonstrating Revit capability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
- Willing to render overtime work when required
