Landlord Representation is one of the most established services offered by Colliers as the team accelerates their approach in representing building owners, in finding occupiers for the for the growth of their business. It's more than just a space.
This dynamic team is looking for experts who can understand client businesses intimately.
Job Description:
- Client farming activities: cold calling and saturation exercises.
- Coordinating and conducting site inspections for clients.
- Secure additional landlord rep appointments.
- Work with market analyst group on submittals for clients. These will include but not be limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis, and reports.
- Prepare and conduct pitches/presentations.
- Work on documentation related to landlord representation: response to requests for proposal, building comparatives, project briefs, contract trackers, weekly reports etc..
- Generate marketing strategies for exclusive landlord rep clients
- Manage relationship with the landlords, developer, and tenant.
- Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of our clients.
- Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing our client's post-sales support.
- Help mount and attend various Client Engagement activities.
- Special projects assigned by either the Service Line Leads or Executive Director from time to time.
Qualifications:
- College Degree in any Business Courses
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
- Professionals with work experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, and Brokerage are encouraged to apply
