What is this role about
This role will assess the profitability and network impact of prime site leads for SEAOIL. This role will also analyze the best use of land, and ensure that we are able to get the best sites for our prime sites through thorough market review and due diligence. The role will also be evaluating lots that are for purchase.
What will YOU do
1. Analyze sites submitted by the prime site team, by visiting, immersing, and conducting ground studies of the area. This is also applicable for leads as endorsed by the land purchase team
2. Build proper context of all sites endorsed, to ensure that the area, market, and site are represented correctly. Perform due diligence, market research and comparison, and recommend best use and corresponding lease offers of leads
3. Evaluate profitability of the said sites for maximum optimized impact for the company
