Job Description
Responsible for managing, reviewing and maintaining all land-related documents to ensure legal compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. This role plays a critical part in supporting land acquisition activities by ensuring that all documentations meet regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate management-related course.
- With at least 2 years of experience in overseeing and validating real estate and property documents, including land titles, sale deeds, lease agreements, and powers of attorney, ensuring legal compliance and clear ownership.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end land documentation processes and practical experience coordinating with government land offices and authorities.
- Experience managing large volumes of land records with strong documentation control practices.
- Ability to identify documentation risks, inconsistencies or legal gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Proficient knowledge in land documentation and real estate laws.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
