Job Description

Overall in charge of all technical panning for a 12 has residential housing project including land development, house construction
Ensure timely completion and budget efficiency of construction projects
Oversee the general operations of the project, including upkeep, safety & security of the project
Facilitate coordination meetings with Engineers, Contractors, Security & Maintenance regarding property safety & security standards
Facilitate all relevant permits for construction and general upkeep of the project
Manage site maintenance finances, opex and capex requirements of the property
With experience in Cost and Estimate
Licensed Civil Engineer, Graduate of Civil Engineering
With three (3) or more years experience in technical planning, construction and property management
With strong communication skills
Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
