PROPERTY ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Real Estate | Office-Based | Metro Manila
La THEOZ Real Estate Solution Services Inc. is looking for a confident and proactive Property Acquisition Specialist who will help us expand our portfolio of properties for leasing, property management, and short-term rental opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships with property owners, and finding new property opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Call property owners and landlords to introduce company services
Identify potential properties for leasing and property management
Build relationships with property owners
Gather property details and basic information
Schedule property viewings when needed
Record landlord contact details in the company database
Help expand the companys property portfolio in Metro Manila
Qualifications
Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related course
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage
Confident speaking with property owners and clients
Good communication skills in English and Filipino
Organized and detail-oriented
Willing to make calls and coordinate with property owners
Salary & Incentives
Basic Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month
Incentives: Commission for every property successfully acquired
