Land Acquisition and Management
- Lead negotiations and acquisition of land, right-of-way, or lease agreements for energy projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements in all land-related transactions.
- Conduct due diligence on property ownership, land titles, and zoning restrictions.
