Laboratory Technician

Location: Ermita, Manila

Reporting to: Product Technical Manager

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for research, testing, and evaluation of all products under FELCO.

- Product Testing

- Product Evaluation

- Product Research

- Test Equipment Management ( Maintenance and Calibration)

- Test Equipment Enhancement

- Process Improvements

- Laboratory Safety and Cleanliness

They also provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

They handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. They keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentation.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent product and market knowledge on electrical and lighting devices
• Must be willing to work in Ermita, Manila
