Job description

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities

Checking Stock Delivery Report (SDR) and delivery details from the Raw Material-in-Charge and verify if supplier are in the list of approved suppliers.

Sampling based on Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) and conducts truck inspection as needed this includes the checking of physical qualities such as smell, color, forms and possible impurities.

Conduct and/or assist in proximate analysis of the Laboratory Analyst.

Encode daily raw material results and submit Raw Material Summary Result to QC Officer for review and QA Manager for Approval

Review Raw Material Testing Reports of the Laboratory Analyst.

Encode daily finished product result and submit Finished Product Summary Result to QC Officer and QA Manager

Perform proficiency testing and report to ensure laboratory personnel competency.

Released Raw Material and Finished Product Certificate of Analysis to be approved by QA manager.

Update Raw Material Specifications if needed or upon instruction of QC Officer and QA Manager

Report comparison of our Laboratory Finished Product Result with third party Laboratory

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
