Job Responsibilities
Lead labor relations programs and ensure compliance with all labor laws, drawing on strong experience in CBA administration and managing groups within Labor Relations.
Serve as the main contact for union representatives and handle contract interpretation.
Prepare for and lead collective bargaining negotiations.
Manage grievance processes and provide recommendations for resolution.
Advise leaders and HR partners on labor issues, risks, and best practices.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, or related field.
10+ years of corporate labor relations experience in unionized environments, including hands-on experience with CBAs and overseeing Labor Relations groups.
Strong collective bargaining and dispute-resolution experience.
Solid knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
