Must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Psychology
with background in employee discipline (Labor laws) along with Legal Management, Business Administration and Operations Management
Assists the Labor Relations Manager in the handling of administrative and labor cases
Conducts administrative investigations and hearings
Drafts and sends out notices and memorandums to erring employees to inform them of their violation of the company code on employee discipline and the appropriate penalty in observance of due process of law
In charge of documentation and monitoring of pending administrative and labor cases.
Tasked with handling the billings of Labor Relations
Conducts orientations and seminars on the Company Code and other relevant labor laws and regulations
Assists in the gathering of relevant testimonies, written statements, and other evidence
Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations.
