Job Description :

The L3 Windows Support Technician is an intermediate level roleresponsiblefor Windows Server Administrator including server maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overallgoalis to use infrastructure technology knowledge and handle operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Have a strong sense of Wintel Administration and BAU Support with ability to handle complex incidents and provide resolution.

  • Drive Root Cause(RCA) post restoration of service.

  • Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and create automation of repetitive tasks

  • Work very closely with technology and stakeholders to ensure that the solutions we have in place are right for the organization

  • Provide technical/strategic direction and act as advisor/coach to lower-levelspecialist.

  • Have an ability to delegate task and be able to show thecontrolwith ownership on duties assigned.

  • Responsiblefor overall operating system applications

  • Contribute to technical direction and strategicconclusion

  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

  • Providesupportto Risk management team in audit deliverables and process walk throughs.

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

  • Appropriately assess risk whenbusiness resolutionismade, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change andimprovement.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

  • Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams and to meet the deadline.

  • Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred

  • Effective written and verbal communication skill

  • Effectiveanalytical/diagnostic skills
