We are hiring an experienced L3 Network Engineer for a confidential client. This onsite role in Cebu is responsible for designing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, network security, Azure networking, branch infrastructure deployment, and Level 3 technical support for complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, and Zscaler environments.
- Deploy and support Aruba EdgeConnect / Silver Peak SD-WAN, Cisco Firepower FTD/FMC, Cisco Catalyst 9300 Stack Switches, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, and enterprise routing and switching.
- Design and support Azure networking solutions, including Azure Landing Zones, NVA deployments, VNets, VNet Peering, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, NSGs, and routing policies.
- Lead branch site deployments, including MDF/IDF setup, WAN, LAN, wireless, security infrastructure, BOM preparation, and vendor/ISP coordination.
- Provide Level 3 support for critical incidents, escalations, root cause analysis, long-term solutions, ITIL processes, change management, documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
- Required certification: CCNP Enterprise.
- Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise and cloud networking environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, Aruba EdgeConnect / Silver Peak SD-WAN, Cisco Firepower FTD/FMC, Cisco Catalyst 9300 Stack Switches, Azure Networking, Ansible automation, enterprise monitoring tools, branch provisioning, and MDF/IDF design.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, root cause analysis, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within ITIL and Change Management processes.
- Experience supporting global teams and US business hours.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu.
- Preferred notice period: Immediate to 30 days.
