As an L3 MSP Engineer, you will lead the design, migration, and optimization of complete Microsoft environments-covering Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows Server-while integrating robust networking foundations. The Qualifications We Seek
- 5+ years of experience inMSP or multi-client environments, supporting complex infrastructures
- Strong experience inarchitecting, migrating, and optimizing end-to-end Microsoft environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server)
- Strong experience in Azure cloud architecture, including solution design, migration, performance tuning, and cost optimization
- Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows Server across hybrid and cloud environments
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Intune solutions for endpoint management, security policies, and device compliance
- Solid background in networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configuration
- Experience working with enterprise networking technologies (e.g., FortiGate, Meraki, or similar)
- Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies within Microsoft ecosystems
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end infrastructure and cloud projects, from planning to post-deployment support
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, NSE4+, CCNP) are highly preferred
Your Daily Tasks
- Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for escalated incidents
- Plan and implement cloud migrations, server upgrades, and network redesign initiatives
- Administer and optimize hybrid environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and on-premises Active Directory
- Configure and maintain FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs
- Manage, test, and validate backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (Veeam, Datto)
- Review and enhance client infrastructure to improve performance, security, and scalability
- Maintain technical documentation, standardization, and process improvements
- Support the training and technical development of junior engineers
