L3 Calculation Application Support Engineer

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field 

• At least 3 years experience in IT support and maintenance, Business Analysis maintenance, System analysis or related fields. 

• Ability to analyze and synthesize situations 

• Ability to understand the business constraints 

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English 

• Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations 

• Available for emergencies on-call support rotations with other team members 

• Capacity of problem analysis, Capable of learning by himself/herself and self-motivated 

• Good interpersonal skills, intercultural 

• Intermediate Technical skill on IIS, XML, MS SQL DB, (would be advantaged) 

• Amazon (Cloud Computing -AWS) (would be advantaged) 

• Requires excellent computer skills and ability to use available technical tools 

• Knowledge in network configuration would be a plus 

• Communication effectively 

• Learning on the fly 

• Customer oriented and good teamwork 

•  Technical Skills: 

The first applications are using the following languages, tools and package: 

• Web and Client / Server architecture 

• SQL Stored procedures / queries 

• AWS console 

Infrastructure includes: 

• Windows Server  

• SQL/Server , DBMS, SSIS and SSAS 

• MSMQ 

• IIS  

• Lab machine connections 

• Amazon environment
