One of our multinational clients, an IT service provider, is currently looking for a L2 Application Support, who will join their dynamic team in Cebu.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for various applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Manage and support using JIRA and Confluence tools, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
- Utilize MS Teams, Outlook, and Office Applications for communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with other support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements
- Document support processes and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
Job qualifications:
Must have skills:
- At least 1 yr of experience in application support.
- At least 1 yr of experience with JIRA support and Confluence tools.
- At least 1 year of working experience with MS Teams, Outlook, and Office Applications.
- At least 1 year of experience in L2 support.
