About The Role
This role plays a key part in building capability across the Rent Management teams through engaging in person and virtual training and high‑quality, standardised learning materials. It uses feedback and performance insights to continuously evolve training content, develop meaningful learning pathways, and support consistent global delivery. Working closely with other teams, the role helps identify improvement opportunities and translates them into practical training actions that make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Conduct training across a range of Rent Management topics and processes both in person and virtually.
- Create, review, update, and standardise training and learning materials.
- Validate and approve training and standardisation materials prior to application.
- Develop and maintain advanced learning paths aligned to RM processes and quality standards.
- Suggest and implement improvements in training materials based on quality findings, process changes, and feedback.
- Capture, analyse, and report participant feedback and training insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Update control systems with accurate training delivery, learning activity, and completion information.
- Ensure training materials align with department SOPs and relevant client requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all training related activities.
- Analyse performance, delivery, and quality indicators to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate training initiatives based on performance insights and operational priorities.
- Provide guidance and clarification to operational teams to support consistent process application.
- Communicate learning outcomes, key themes, and improvement opportunities to relevant teams and leadership.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Rent Management processes and controls.
What You'll Need
- Hands-on experience in rent management, quality assurance or a similar industry, or a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, preferred
- Strong self‑management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Confident in delivering training to a range of audiences, both in person and online
- Ability to develop, maintain, and update impactful learning materials
- Ability to review performance information and identify improvement areas
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication and effective cross‑functional collaboration
- Working knowledge of PS Rent Management processes
- Ability to work regularly from the CBRE PS office
