Position Title: KYC Team Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced KYC Team Lead to oversee a team of KYC Analysts and ensure the successful delivery of daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, maintaining quality standards, meeting service levels, and serving as the first point of escalation for operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of KYC Analysts to achieve SLA, productivity, quality, and adherence targets.
- Monitor workflows, manage queues, and allocate resources to meet business requirements.
- Review and approve complex or high-risk KYC cases.
- Conduct team huddles, performance coaching, and regular 1:1 sessions.
- Drive analyst development, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Quality and Training teams to address process gaps and improve performance.
- Monitor attendance, adherence, and capacity planning.
- Escalate operational risks, process issues, and capacity concerns to leadership.
- Support reporting activities and provide performance insights and root cause analyses.
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 3-5 years of KYC/AML experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and AML regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite on a night shift schedule.
