Job description:
An experienced Team Lead responsible for managing a pod of KYC Analysts, ensuring delivery of daily/weekly targets, quality outcomes, and compliance with SLAs. The role involves supervising analyst performance, conducting reviews of complex/high-risk cases, and driving coaching and development through scorecards and QC feedback. Key duties include workload allocation, queue management, performance monitoring, and closing defect trends with QC. The Team Lead also manages attendance, adherence, and attrition risk, escalates operational issues with data-driven recommendations, supports reporting for weekly business reviews, and oversees onboarding and training coordination.
Work Setup: Onsite - BGC, Taguig City
Work schedule: Night Shift | Weekends Off
