Roles & responsibilities

Role Description: The Senior Analyst is responsible for conducting a research and review in line with client policy to fulfil Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You will be expected to deliver against targets for both productivity and quality, managing your own pipeline and taking onboard feedback from approvers who are responsible for quality checking cases

Risk Review & Compliance

•Perform high-quality risk reviews of Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence in line with client policies and procedures.

•Ensure adherence to documentation requirements for various corporate structures (e.g., private/public companies, trusts, partnerships) within the KYC context.

•Maintain awareness of regulatory risk and proactively flag issues impacting operations.

Case Management & Operational Delivery

•Manage end-to-end caseload efficiently, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.

•Source and validate data from multiple systems, transferring it accurately to primary platforms.

•Monitor performance against plans and take corrective actions to meet business objectives.

•Conduct proactive reviews, follow-ups on referrals/queries, and escalate to SMEs/SMCs or clients when necessary.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

•Embed quality standards across operations and perform QA checks on completed cases.

•Review and challenge internal processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

•Conduct root cause analysis of failures and communicate outcomes effectively.

Technical Expertise & Policy Implementation

•Provide technical advice on complex cases using analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Contribute to operational impact assessments of policy changes and support implementation.

•Offer input into the design and rollout of process and policy changes.

Coaching & Collaboration

•Deliver ad-hoc and planned coaching/training sessions to enhance technical capability.

•Guide junior team members on day-to-day tasks and support their development.

•Communicate updates and changes effectively through internal alerts and huddles.

•Build collaborative relationships with onshore and offshore teams.
