JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree holder 6 years of KYC experience 4 years in supervisory role Open for candidates coming from different industries Amenable to work in anyshift
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a team of KYC Analysts, overseeing SLA, quality, productivity, adherence, and team performance. Manage daily operations and capacity. Review and approve complex/high-risk KYC cases requiring Team Lead sign-off. Drive coaching and performance improvement. Partner with QC, Training, and Delivery Leads.
