Kubernetes Support Engineer

• Extensive knowledge of cloud, preferably GCP, Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, and other GCP services
• Proficient in managing Kubernetes (GKE or other cloud solution like EKS) clusters, deploying applications, and troubleshooting Kubernetes-related issues
• Hands-on experience with Docker and other containerization technologies
• Strong skills in cloud networking, including configuring virtual networks, managing interconnectivity, and optimizing network performance
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts and tools, particularly Terraform, for automating infrastructure deployment and management
• Strong understanding of Linux and other operating systems
• Ability to implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools such as Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, and Cloud Logging
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and Kubernetes environments, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, and data protection
• Experience with database configuration and maintenance. Ability to understand SQL queries

• 3 years or more experience in managing and maintaining Kubernetes (GKE or other cloud provider equivalent like EKS) clusters, including deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues
• Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues
• Good to Have Skills: Service Mesh Skills/Terraform/IAC/CICD
• Amenable to daily in-office set up in BGC, Taguig
