We are currently seeking a highly motivated CRM/ HSE Administrator to join our team in NEOM.

Role:

Provide administrative support by preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

Responsibilities:

The individual will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Manage and maintain managers schedules.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • File and retrieve CRM documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Perform general office duties such as obtaining supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic office work.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for CRM committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage HR aspects and communication for the CRM department.
  • Assist in the medical administration section when required. These would include but not limited to statistical updates, receiving, recording and distribution of medical insurance cards and recording invoices from various hospitals and clinics.
  • Complete and update the timesheets for the support office CRM employees

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Occupations in this profession require training in vocational schools, related on-the-job experience, or an associate's degree. Some may require a bachelor's degree
  • Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for this occupation
  • Microsoft Office Skills
