Job Description

We are hiring a Korean Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in BGC! Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills in Korean and English, customer service experience, and willingness to work in a hybrid setup.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal)
  • At least 6 months related customer service experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup in BGC (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
  • Amenable to shifting schedules

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Maintain professional customer interactions
  • Document customer transactions and updates in the system
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
