Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts and ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through phone, chat, or email.
- Provide clear explanations of platform features and assist with account queries.
- Proactively identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams for fast resolution.
- Build long-term relationships by maintaining trust, professionalism, and consistent follow-ups.
- Understand client concerns and provide simple guidance, even for beginner-level users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and account updates.
- Contribute to retention targets, account activity levels, and overall client engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Retention, or Customer Success.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills Korean required; English preferred.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly, especially to beginners or older clients.
- Proactive, independent worker who can manage time well and operate with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable engaging clients via phone calls and messaging platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Background in sales, customer support, BPO, or financial services.
- Ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong rapport.
- Experience dealing with international markets and flexible time zones.
- Multilingual skills: Korean & English.
- Familiarity with automated trading systems or financial technology tools.
