Korean National
Excellent English

Can make Email and answer calls in Korean and English
Has Customer Service Background is a plus but not required
Has experience working experience in BPO companies is an advantage

Answer inquiries from online buyers
Handle email, Calls and chat from Customers
Mostly Email and chat is being support by this Account
