Role Description
This is a partl-time hybrid role for a Korean Language Instructor, based in Pasig with flexibility for some remote work. The Korean Language Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging language lessons, creating effective lesson plans, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The instructor will also evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help learners achieve their language goals. Collaboration with educational teams to enhance teaching methods and materials will be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean Language Teaching, including experience in designing and delivering effective lessons
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum development to align with learning objectives
- Background in Teaching, Education, or Literature, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Korean Language Studies, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in hybrid teaching or remote education is a plus
- Current Korean international student based in Philippined is also accepted.
