Korean Interpreter / Translator (WFH)

Work Type: Work From Home (WFH) from eligible work locations

Shift: Rotational Night Shift (schedule assigned by the Operations Team); 5 days a week, 8 working hours

Salary: MYR 6,000+ with bonus KPI up to MYR 3,600/year

What You'll Do

• Provide real-time interpretation between English- and Korean-speaking individuals.
• Handle voice calls and videocalls across various industries, including education, healthcare, insurance, banking, and more.
• Ensure clear, accurate, and professional communication throughout each call.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive or personal information.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Korean, with strong speaking and listening skills.
• Comfortable working rotational night shifts based on a fixed schedule provided by the Operations Team.
• Able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Comfortable handling sensitive, confidential, or emotionally challenging conversations.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
