Job Title: Quote to Cash Professional - Korean Bilingual
- This specialty requires Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge.
- Responsibility of accurately handling processing/transaction requirements.
- Focuses on presales support such as, but not limited to, proposal support and inventory review.
- This may involve new contracts and/or expanding or managing existing client relationships.
- Typical responsibilities include resolving client issues and working with IBM teams to support for delivery of products to clients world-wide.
- Maintain and disposition new field inventory and related process.
- Execution of defined processes must be in line with business controls and meet business objectives.
