Korean Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a Korean Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide professional support to Korean-speaking customers. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of service through phone, email, or chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Korean and English through phone, email, or chat.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain service quality and meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company procedures and service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
• TOPIK Level 4 or 5 required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (BPO or contact center experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Korean customers or the Korean market.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Korean business culture and etiquette.
