Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Korean Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR), based in Taguig with opportunities for remote work. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, maintaining a positive customer experience, and accurately documenting interactions for record-keeping.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer needs
  • Experience in Customer Support roles, focusing on clear communication and problem-solving
  • A strong ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction by providing friendly and empathetic service
  • Skills in building and managing Customer Experience, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Ability to work both onsite in Taguig and remotely as required
