We are hiring a Korean Bilingual Associate for an IBC (International Business Center) account. The role involves supporting customer or business communication in both Korean and English, ensuring accurate and professional handling of inquiries and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and concerns in Korean and English
• Provide accurate information and support to clients/customers
• Ensure clear and professional communication across all interactions
• Document and update case details in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed
• Maintain quality and service standards at all times

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both Korean and English
• At least 6 months BPO experience, OR College Graduate (no CCE required)
• Strong communication and comprehension skills in both languages
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
• Willing to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
