Job Description

As a Korean & English Bilingual SAP Project Coordinator, you will bridge communication between Korean SAP teams and U.S. stakeholders. You will coordinate project updates, track deliverables, translate technical information, and ensure integration work and cross-system communication remain aligned across global teams.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 5 plus years of relevant experience
• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken, reading, and writing)
• Strong understanding of SAP
• Ability to work across two different time zones depending on project needs
• Ability to interface directly with senior U.S. leadership
• Location is flexible. Candidate may reside anywhere provided they meet language and coordination requirements

Your Daily Tasks

• Serve as the liaison between the Korean SAP team and the U.S. team
• Interface directly with senior U.S. stakeholders
• Interface with the Korean project team
• Pull and report team metrics
• Ensure project deliverables remain on target
• Ensure all integration work and related communication across dependent systems is properly coordinated
• Ensure communication visibility so stakeholders understand what the Korean team is working on
• Extract and translate technical/project information from the Korean team for U.S. stakeholders
• Act as a communication bridge to prevent project bottlenecks
• Investigate issues independently when needed and report findings back
