Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced KOLs Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to manage and execute end-to-end influencer (KOL) marketing and digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is a Filipino citizen fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) with strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and full-cycle KOL management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and onboard relevant KOLs/influencers aligned with campaign goals
Plan and execute end-to-end KOL campaigns across multiple digital platforms
Negotiate contracts, rates, deliverables, and timelines with KOLs and agencies
Create campaign briefs, manage content direction, and ensure timely posting schedules
Monitor KOL performance and ensure delivery of agreed KPIs and outputs
Track, measure, and report campaign effectiveness and ROI
Optimize ongoing KOL campaigns based on performance data and insights
Maintain strong long-term relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications
Filipino citizen
Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and English
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
510 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing
Proven experience in end-to-end KOL/influencer campaign management
Strong expertise in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Strong Analytical And Data-driven Decision-making Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentWork Schedule
6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
9 working hours per day (inclusive of 1-hour break)
