TRND Marketing is an innovative digital agency and Multi-Channel Network (MCN). As we rapidly expand our creator network, we are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and strategic Influencer Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in Ortigas.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Campaign & Project Ownership: Take full ownership of end-to-end KOL marketing campaigns, projects, and on-site activations—managing timelines, documentation, budgets, and overall execution.
- Partnership & Contract Management: Exert best efforts to negotiate and secure the most viable, beneficial professional commitments, partnerships, and contracts for the brand, affiliated creators, and campaigns.
- Relationship & Talent Support: Establish long-term relationships with creators, influencers, partners, and clients. Provide ongoing support, training sessions, and workshops to enhance content quality and creator performance.
- Financial Accountability: Promptly collect, account for, and report all professional fees, talent fees, and partner compensations to ensure accurate and timely remittance.
- On-Site Event & Operational Coordination: Coordinate directly with event teams, suppliers, and partners. Provide hands-on technical and operational support during live activations to ensure smooth implementation and audience engagement.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between creators, internal cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure seamless communication, transparent updates, and flawless deliverable alignment.
- Data Analytics & Post-Mortems: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, attendance, conversion rates). Prepare detailed post-mortem reports summarizing results, learnings, and recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement operational policies, best practices, and audience engagement strategies for creator management and partnership execution.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Execute other tasks that may be assigned by the Department Head and/or Direct Supervisor.
What We Look For (Qualifications)
- Experience: Prior experience in influencer marketing, project management, event coordination, or PR/talent relations is highly preferred.
- Campaign Management Skills: Proven ability to manage campaigns or events from planning to post-mortem analysis.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong command of English with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, risk-aware, and able to manage resources effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be fully willing and able to work onsite at our office in Corporate Finance Plaza, Ortigas.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₱18,000.00 – ₱25,000.00 basic monthly salary (Based on experience)
- Incentives: ₱1,000.00 – ₱5,000.00 performance-based KPI incentive per month
