Identifying KOLs: Able to source and categorize influential individuals in various industries or communities.
Building Relationships: Reach out to KOLs, foster connections, and negotiate partnership agreements, compensation terms, and deliverables with KOLs to ensure mutual benefit.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs to create content and campaigns that align with our brand to boost overall impression
Tracking Performance: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results (IMPCPM,.etc)

Negotiation & Deal-Closing: Possess excellent negotiation skills with the core objective of securing the best possible results at the most appropriate price.
Execution & Speed (for small KOLs): Demonstrate the ability to work fast and efficiently when managing a high volume of small KOL partnerships, ensuring full execution closure from outreach to final delivery.
Professional Presentation & Strategic Negotiation (for large KOLs): Must be highly presentable and capable of conducting complex, high-stakes negotiations, including face-to-face meetings when required to secure partnerships with major KOLs.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to establish trust and maintain effective collaboration with KOLs of all tiers

Seniority Flexibility: The position is open to both junior and senior-level candidates.
