Knowledge Analyst

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain, and monitor regular operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business department.

* Partner with business teams to understand operational needs and convert them into data analysis, dashboards, and insights.

* Build and continuously improve metrics and analytical frameworks to support management in evaluating business performance and identifying action points.

* Present data findings in a clear, meaningful, and compelling manner for decision-making across multiple stakeholders.

* Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and reporting tasks assigned by the line manager.

* Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and take ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Provide support for special projects and cross-functional initiatives, as assigned.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, Business Analytics, or any relevant field.

* At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst; experience in customer care centers or the travel industry is preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

* Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to derive business insights from data.

* Understanding and working experience with SQL is a plus.

* Proficient in data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms).

* Ability to communicate complex analytical results clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels.

* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical reasoning.

* Willingness to assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
