About the Role
We're hiring a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to own the technical execution of email and SMS campaigns across multiple DTC eCommerce brands.
This is a highly execution-focused role centered on Klaviyo, Shopify, email automation, deliverability, and campaign QA. You'll work closely with strategists and project managers to ensure campaigns, flows, segments, and reporting are executed accurately and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in fast-paced agency environments.
What You'll Own
- Build, QA, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, Attentive, and Postscript
- Maintain and optimize automation flows across multiple client accounts
- Execute technical QA checks to ensure error-free campaign delivery
- Audit segmentation logic and maintain deliverability best practices
- Manage campaign scheduling and ensure on-time deployment
- Support A/B testing implementation and track performance data
- Compile reporting metrics and prepare monthly campaign reports
- Maintain organized technical documentation and workflow tracking
- Proactively flag issues, delays, or platform concerns before they impact delivery
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience
- Experience with SMS marketing platforms such as Attentive or Postscript
- Strong Shopify ecosystem knowledge and integration familiarity
- Experience managing multiple eCommerce client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of email automation workflows and deliverability
- Exceptional attention to detail with a low-error execution mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working full EST business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience working in email marketing agencies
- Familiarity with Basecamp or similar project management tools
- Basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting knowledge for email templates
- Experience supporting DTC or Shopify-based brands
