Ensure fast and excellent service by keeping the kitchen team motivated, positive, and high-energy.
Help prepare the kitchen and overall store for the shift, following the Kitchen Checklist.
Lead and guide kitchen staff by assigning tasks, giving clear instructions, and making sure everyone is ready for the day.
Maintain a friendly and professional work atmosphere for both team members and guests throughout the shift.
Perform a full check on all food items before serving to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Monitor the use of ingredients and enforce proper portioning to avoid waste or shortage.
As a Store Trainer, handle the training of new and existing kitchen staff to help them become certified in their stations and prepare them for leadership roles.
Give special assignments and set clear rules to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
