Job Description

  • Support the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) or Supervisor-on-Duty (SOD) by overseeing kitchen operations, especially during busy hours.
  • Ensure fast and excellent service by keeping the kitchen team motivated, positive, and high-energy.
  • Help prepare the kitchen and overall store for the shift, following the Kitchen Checklist.
  • Lead and guide kitchen staff by assigning tasks, giving clear instructions, and making sure everyone is ready for the day.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional work atmosphere for both team members and guests throughout the shift.
  • Perform a full check on all food items before serving to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
  • Monitor the use of ingredients and enforce proper portioning to avoid waste or shortage.
  • As a Store Trainer, handle the training of new and existing kitchen staff to help them become certified in their stations and prepare them for leadership roles.
  • Give special assignments and set clear rules to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Experience in Fast Food Chains is an advantage

  • With at least 1 year of proven Leadership Experience and Skills
  • Can work on shifting schedule including weekends, overtime and holidays
