KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Support the Commis 1 and Chef de parties in the daily operation and work
- Keep work areas at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the company
- Control food stock and food costs in their section.
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily task.
- Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily food preparation.
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate/Vocational/College Level
- With at least 6 months of experience in the production/commissary preferably in a Food & Beverage Industry.
- With knowledge in operating basic kitchen equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
