Job Description

Good Eats is seeking passionate and driven Production & Commissary Crews to join our growing community!

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Support the Commis 1 and Chef de parties in the daily operation and work
  • Keep work areas at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the company
  • Control food stock and food costs in their section.
  • Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily task.
  • Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily food preparation.
  • Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate/Vocational/College Level
  • With at least 6 months of experience in the production/commissary preferably in a Food & Beverage Industry.
  • With knowledge in operating basic kitchen equipment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
