Job Description

Good Eats by SSI. a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies is currently looking for Store Team Members to be assigned to SaladStop! Philippines.
Responsible for ensuring that all salad bar ingredients are complete and properly prepared according to the standards of food quality and safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare all ingredients for the day
Organize stocks and ensure that FIFO procedure is followed.
Weigh and record individual ingredients for wastage tracking.
Make the inventory of all the ingredients.
Follow proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients.
College level, preferably has subjects related to Food Preparation. Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply!
SHS level or HS Graduate (old curriculum) with relevant work experience.
Preferably with Kitchen (preparation) Experience
Has keen Interest in kitchen work, at least with minimal knife skills
