Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Functional Consultant with a strong background in Supply Chain Planning to design, implement, and optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, architect scalable solutions, and support end-to-end implementation activities.
This role requires hands-on expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions. Experience with upstream planning and enterprise supply chain processes is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze business requirements related to upstream supply chain planning.
- Design and architect scalable solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Lead design review sessions, solution workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Develop and support Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate business solutions.
- Configure, customize, and extend Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities based on business needs.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot application and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.
- Support solution testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, solution documentation, and process flows.
- Stay current with Kinaxis best practices and recommend continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning and Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis functional configuration, implementation, or support is required.
