The Key Accounts Specialist is directly reporting to Key Accounts Supervisor/Manager and is responsible for growing the sales of the assigned area.He/She is responsible in establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.He/She is tasked with continuous improvement through feedback.
AR Management
Collects payments from customers
Prepares collection reports
Collaborates with AR analysts through AR Recon sessions
SALES Management
Sales Monitoring.Focuses sales effort through analyzing sales performance of customer and area
Meeting monthly and annual planned sales goals
Tracking sales goals and reporting results
Ensure monthly visit to Top Accounts.
Recommend sales & promotional activities to drive further growth of each brand.
Understanding our customers and provide solution through our products
Keeps the management informed through timely feedback on customer concerns, competitor's activities and how to further improve services based on customer insights.
Maintains professional/technical knowledge through attending trainings/workshops
Areas available: GMA, South Luzon, North Luzon, Cebu, Davao
Accounts: FSR, Hotels
